Loksabha Election In Gujarat Date 23-4-2019 Holiday Declare

Scores of IT (information technology)  professionals, working in Pune’s Hinjewadi IT park, are in a fix over how to exercise their right to vote.

Many employers are violating the legal provision and have denied employees a paid holiday on election day. As a result the Forum of IT Employees (FITE) has approached Nikhil Walke, labour commissioner Pune, to intervene in the matter.

In a memorandum submitted to Walke on April 5, FITE stated that many IT companies are not allowing employees to take paid leave and exercise their constitutional right. FITE demanded that companies should take the decision to close operations on the day of election and immediately issue circular regarding the same.

FITE also stated that as per section 135 B of the Representation of the People Act, every person employed in any business, trade, industrial undertaking or any other establishment is entitled to vote at an election to the house of the people or the legislative assembly of the state and no wages should be deducted of any such person for granting this holiday. World Cup 2019 Team India players full list: Virat Kohli to lead 15-man squad

World Cup 2019 Team India players full list: Virat Kohli to lead 15-man squad
Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday announced the 15-man India squad for the upcoming ICC World Cup. Chairman of selectors, MSK Prasad and acting secretary of the Indian board Amitabh Chaudhary read out the names one by one with a couple of minor changes in the team.
Rishabh Pant and Ambati Rayudu have been left out of the team by the selectors. Dinesh Karthik and KL Rahul have made the cut and so has all-rounder Vijay Shankar.
The selectors have opted for experience over X-factor by naming a well-balanced squad. The rest of the players almost picked themselves with Virat Kohli at the helm.
INDIA SQUAD:
Virat Kohli (captain)
Rohit Sharma (vice-captain)
Shikhar Dhawan
Vijay Shankar
KL Rahul
Dinesh Karthik
Yuzvendra Chahal
MS Dhoni (wicketkeeper)
Kedar Jadhav
Kuldeep Yadav
Bhuvneshwar Kumar
Jasprit Bumrah
Hardik Pandya
R Jadeja
Mohammed Shami.
MSK Prasad spoke to the media in Mumbai and named the squad in the presence of Amitabh Chaudhary and said his committee has selected one of the most balanced Indian teams.
"In the last one year or so, these two wrist spinners have done well. Wickets might be a bit more dry. Jadeja might come in handy," MSK Prasad said on Monday.
"After the Champions Trophy, we have tried a few middle order options. We gave a few more chances to Rayudu but what Vijay Shankar offers is 3 dimensional. If the conditions are overcast. he might bowl a bit and he is a fantastic fielder. He is a batsman who can bowl.
"In the team, we have the luxury of 7 bowlers. We have covered all the bases and this is one of the most balanced Indian sides for the World Cup," Prasad said.
Prasad also revealed the Khaleel Ahmed and Navdeep Saini were also discussed as back-up pacers and added they would be on stand-by and will fly down to England if the need arises.
"Khaleel and Saini were discussed and they will be around. If the need arises, one of them will go to England," he said.
India's World Cup preparation started soon after the Champions Trophy in England two years ago. India had lost the final to Pakistan and it was then that the selectors decided to try out two wrist spinners in Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav.
"We had been planning soon after the completion of the Champions Trophy but in the last month or two, a couple of players like Vijay Shankar cropped up," MSK Prasad said.

Research shows that student motivation and attitudes towards school are closely linked to student-teacher relationships. Enthusiastic teachers are particularly good at creating beneficial relations with their students. Their ability to create effective learning environments that foster student achievement depends on the kind of relationship they build with their students. Useful teacher-to-student interactions are crucial in linking academic success with personal achievement. Here, personal success is a student's internal goal of improving himself, whereas academic success includes the goals he receives from his superior. A teacher must guide her student in aligning her personal goals with her academic goals. READ TODAY'S ALL NEWS PAPERS

Gujarati News Papers : Read All News At One Place
The Media in Gujarati language started with publication of Bombay Samachar in 1822. Initially the newspapers published business news and they were owned by Parsi people  based in Bombay. Later Gujarati newspapers started published from other parts of Gujarat. Several periodicals devoted to social reforms were published in the second half of the 19th century. After arrival of Mahatma Gandhi, the Indian independence movement peaked and it resulted in proliferation of Gujarati media. Following independence, the media was chiefly focused on political news. After bifurcation of Bombay state, the area of service changed. Later there was an increase in readership due to growth of literacy and the media houses expanded its readership by publishing more number of editions. Later these media houses ventured into digital media also. The radio and television media expanded after 1990.
A newspaper is a serial publication containing news about current events, other informative articles about politics, sports, arts, and so on, and advertising. A newspaper is usually, but not exclusively, printed on relatively inexpensive, low-grade paper such as newsprint. The journalism organizations that publish newspapers are themselves often metonymically called newspapers.
Newspapers developed in the 17th century, as information sheets for businessmen. By the early 19th century, many cities in Europe, as well as North and South America, published newspapers. As of 2017, most newspapers are now published online as well as in print. The online versions are called online newspapers or news websites.

A wide variety of material is published in newspapers, including opinion columns, weather forecasts, reviews of local services, obituaries, birth notices, crosswords, editorial cartoons, comic strips, and advice columns. Most newspapers are businesses, and they pay their expenses with a mixture of subscription revenue, newsstand sales, and advertising revenue.
