Vallabhbhai was very much in love with the farmers.  So they did very good things for the farmers.  When the government introduced land tax on farmers in 1928, they prepared farmers for Satyagrah and they refused to pay the tax.  They sat in the Bardoli Satyagraha with the farmers.

Therefore, the government has imposed Vallabhbhai and the farmers in jail.  Since then Gandhiji gave him the title of 'Sardar'.

In 1930, when Gandhiji satyagraha for sweetness, Vallabhbhai was with him too.  In 1942 Gandhiji started the 'Quit India' movement, when Vallabhbhai was with him against the British government, so the British government had also delivered Gandhiji, Jawaharlal, Vallabhbhai, in jail.  They went to prison many times for their country.  When he was in jail, his mother had died, but he was not even slightly moved.

The Modi government has made a big difference in the rules related to the driving license. This change has been termed revolutionary by the government. This will benefit the people who are not educated. Let's know what that change.

According to the notification of the Ministry, now the academic qualification of the 8th pass will not be mandatory for the creation or renewal of driving licenses. Let us now say that till now the educational requirement of the 8th has been necessary for licensing.To give information regarding this change, Cabinet Minister Nitin Gadkari wrote on the official Twitter account: - Low educated and poor people of the society Find out. The government has removed the compulsory education till the 8th standard, which has not stopped the employment due to their studies. CM Rupani said, "The government will pay 60 cashless days of the day for three days. Cash for 60 bucks for 45 adult for child will be sent. Electricity supply is normal in all villages excluding 144 villages out of 2000 villages. On the way to the road, the problem has become normal. By the evening the ST will become normal. "

Home Minister Amit Shah also urged officials to ensure swift restoration of utilities such as power, telecoms and drinking water if they are disrupted by the cyclone.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) warned the cyclone could hold up the progress of annual monsoon rains, as the storm drew rain clouds from over the sea.

Gujarat is also home to large refineries and seaports near the storm's path.
India's biggest oil refinery, owned by Reliance Industries, is in Gujarat, though a company official said the cyclone was expected to weaken by the time it reached the Jamnagar-based refinery.
"But in case the course changes or intensifies, the refinery is ready for any contingency," a Reliance Industries' official added, declining to be identified as he was not authorised to speak to the media.
Sikka Ports and Terminals Ltd, which handles crude oil and refined products for Reliance Industries Ltd, halted vessel berthing at a western port on Wednesday over a cyclone warning, according to a port notice.
The company's ports also handle oil and refined products cargo for Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd, a subsidiary of state-run Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd is preparing to move employees at two ports it runs to safer areas, a spokesperson said.
"Our Mundra and Tuna ports will be closest to the path," the spokesperson added. "All the necessary precautions are being put in place."
Nayara Energy, owned by a consortium led by Russia's Rosneft, said it was monitoring the situation and also taking precautionary measures at its Gujarat refinery.
In May, Cyclone Fani, the equivalent of a Category 4 hurricane, killed at least 34 people on India's eastern coast, destroying houses and ripping off roofs.
Authorities had evacuated more than 12,00,000 people in advance of the storm, after an even more powerful cyclone in 1999 killed about 10,000 people and caused damage running into hundreds of crores of rupees.

Coastal areas in south Gujarat have been put on alert as Cyclone Vayu continues to intensify and may cross the Gujarat coast between Porbandar and Mahuva around Veraval and Diu early morning on Thursday.
According to the latest forecast by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), cyclonic storm Vayu formed over east-central Arabian Sea at 11:30 pm on Monday and lay centered about 460 km north-northwest of Aminidivi (Lakshadweep), 540 km south-southwest of Mumbai (Maharashtra) and 690 km south of Veraval (Gujarat).

In this context, Rupani further clearly stated that the Shala Praveshotsav is consistently going on since 2003 when the present Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi, when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, had undertaken this initiative knowing its importance for the massive growth of development of the state.
In a meeting held in Gandhinagar, the Chief Minister had given necessary guidance and instructions to the senior officials, secretaries, and education karma yogis for the Shala Praveshotsav programmes to be held on June 13 and 14 in rural areas and on June 15 in urban areas.
In the meeting, Rupani had called on the officials to ensure that the programmes don’t merely become a government initiative for children’s admission into the schools, but, they become “Educational Seva Yagna” to prove government schools as the best in coming days.

He further added that the state government is marching ahead in the direction to ensure that all the school classes become virtual classes in Gujarat by 2022. For the infrastructural growth a fund of Rs. 25,000-crore has been allocated for education in the budget.
Meanwhile, Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama stated that ‘Mission Vidhya’ and Standard-2 testing have given very good results. The attempts are on to improve these results further.
Others who spoke on the occasion included Education Secretary Vinod Rao. The meeting was also attended by Education Minister of State Vibhawariben Dave, ministers, chairman of various boards and nigams, officials and others.

On the RTO office of most of Gujarat, the vehicle driver gets an appointment for 15 days or one and a half months of RTO office for obtaining raw and inappropriate licenses. Due to which the drivers are in trouble. There has been a major change in the rules governing the licenses in the RTO by the government for not being difficult to drive drivers.
The vehicle has been instructed by the commissioner to speed up the processing of raw licenses and to speed up the operation of the lined license, to avoid the difficulty of the drivers. According to the instructions, the number of vehicles will be increased in the time of appointment and the driving test in the license. Daily slots will be increased for raw license and waiting time will be less than seven days.

Driving test in the RTO office has been increased from 11 to 6 in the morning from 9 am to 6 pm. Besides this, the process of taking driving test and test track will continue on Saturday. The first four-wheeler 175 driving test was taken every day instead of 200 driving tests. In addition, 245 vehicles were being used for day-to-day driving test while now 300 vehicles driving test will be taken daily.
In addition, at least 30 slots will be kept for two-wheeler in RTO office in Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot and Vadodara and 20 slots will be kept for four-wheeler and 150 slots of four-wheeler and two-wheeler RTO office of other cities will be kept.

The Regional Transport Department of the state has ordered the round-the-clock intensive checking on important check points and toll nakaas in the state. Vehicle Commissioner Gandhinagar has ordered all the traffic officials of the state to order intensive check-up on other checking points which are considered suitable besides the 32 check points fixed in the state.
According to sources in the office of Gandhinagar, the Commissioner of Transport, the vehicle has been commissioned in the state at present with 32 check points and toll stations. In which more than 150 RTO inspectors and staff are working.

Booth Level Officer; A Representative of Election Commission at the Grass-Root Level
For enhanced participation of electors in the electoral process and reducing the electoral malpractices, it is essential to improve the quality of electoral registration process and of the electoral rolls. Booth Level Officer (BLO) is a local Government/Semi-Government official, familiar with the local electors and generally a voter in the same polling area who assists in updating the roll using his local knowledge. In fact, BLO is a representative of Election Commission of India (ECI) at the grass-root level who plays a pivotal role in the process of roll revision and collecting actual field information with regard to the roll corresponding to the polling area assigned to him.
Under Section 13B (2) of Representation of People Act, 1950, BLOs are appointed from amongst the officers of the Govt. /Semi Govt. /Local Bodies. Generally, one BLO is responsible for one part of the electoral roll. From August, 2006 the Commission has decided to introduce the concept of appointing BLOs who would be accountable for ensuring the fidelity of electoral roll.+
The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.

BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies dead/shifted/duplicate voters to be removed from the electoral roll after due process of law. Loans for non-lecturers who have left the study period or who have not passed the degree, will be eligible for reimbursement together and interest subsidy will not be available.
The annual family income limit for the state's educational plans will be 6.00 lakhs.

For students of standard science stream 12th standard, after 12th standard, for the coaching of preparatory examination of entrance examination in engineering, such as JEE, GUJCET, NIT, 70% students in standard 10 have three years or more experience. The Coaching Assistance will be provided to the students for coaching in the amount of Rs.20,000 per annum or actual fee, whichever is less.

UPSC, GPSC Class-1, Class-2 and Class-3, Secondary Services Selection Board, Panchayat Service Selection Board, Government of India Railway, Recognition for recruitment examinations in banks / trainees in the selected institutions / trainees who are studying in the selected institutions will be payable as per assistance of Rs.20,000 per trainee or the actual fee payable, whichever is less.

Owned unit cost for self-employment vehicles, rickshaws, loading rickshaws, marutiices, jeep-taxis.
For loans of Rs.10.00 lakhs for any self-employment profession, or for lesser than the actual cost of the business or commerce store, medical store, readymade garment store, bookstore etc., the loan will be given from the corporation.
For the above order 1 and 2, the loan will be available at the simple interest rate of 5% of the loan. Women will be eligible to get a simple interest loan of 4%.
Transport, Logistics, Travelers, Food Court etc. For the business, including the required structure of the vehicle, Rs. 6.00 lakh loan will be eligible for 5% interest subsidy.

In the scheme of loan for the vehicle, the applicant must have a limited license.

After three months of receiving the vehicle, the loan will be payable in the same monthly installment of five years.
The small business will have to start in three months of getting the loan and after three months of the loan, the loan will be recovered in the same monthly installment of five years.
